Easy, 3 Ingredients Homemade Vegan Granola Bars (Vegan Meal Prep Snacks)
Are y’all starting Veganuary and realizing that you are HUNGRY!? Or maybe you’ve been vegan for awhile and need a new snack idea. Or your kids (like ours) are alwayysssss sooooooo hungry.
No matter the reason these delicious peanut butter granola bars are a hit and can have a ton of add-ins.
Time: 5 min prep
Allergens: Peanuts Swap for sunbutter if needed
Ingredients:
* 1 cup Peanut butter
* 2 1/2 Cups Oats
* 1/2 cup Maple syrup (or agave)

Instructions
1️⃣ Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix together well.
2️⃣ Add parchment paper to an 8×8 baking pan and spoon mixture into pan.3️⃣ Press down into one even layer.
4️⃣ Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
5️⃣ Cut into bars and store in an air-tight container for up to 2 weeks.
