Mouthwatering Vegan Banana Bread Recipe
Simple and sweet, this banana bread recipe is a vegan twist on a breakfast classic.
Ingredients
2 bananas
2 and 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1 and 1/4 cups of almond milk
1/4 cup of maple syrup
1 cup of walnuts
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Add 2 bananas to a mixing bowl and mash until smooth. Add in all purpose flour, baking soda, almond milk and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
3. Fold walnuts into mixture until well incorporated.
4. Add mixture into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour or until crust is browned and fully cooked through.
5. Let cool and serve and enjoy!
