5 Healthy Easy 3 min. Plant-Based Vegan Snack Ideas – easy to make Gluten-Free

All of these ideas take 3 min or less to put together. Feel free to make them your own with ingredients you love or already have on hand!

1️⃣ ❤️ Rice cake or Toast with natural peanut butter or almond butter & everything bagel seasoning!

2️⃣ Dates are delicious and carmely, perfectly paired with tahini or nut butter and chocolate if you have it. Half and stuff inside or dip and enjoy!

FUN FACT! Pure dark chocolate (focus on buying fair-trade) has amazing health benefits, and sends the same feel good signals to our brain as falling in love 🥰

3️⃣ Speaking of chocolate, my go to snack bar right now is @dirtbagbar – so delicious and packed with awesome ingredients! GoMacro and Lara Bars are also great, OR you can make your own protein bars. Check out my videos for bean balls and protein bar recipes you can prep for your week 🙂

4️⃣ My to cereal right now is Nature’s Path Organic Mesa Sunrise 😋 love adding organic strawberries (YES you can eat the tops) & a dollop of my favorite plant yogurt, Forager Project unsweetened cashew yogurt

5️⃣ Love all of Hope hummus flavors, this Thai Coconut Curry one is so good with local carrots from our Colorado CSA. Hummus is super easy to make yourself as well!
