Vitamin A can be defined by 2 units one is retinol and 2nd is beta carotene.
OZiva Omega Multi, Oziva have given vitamin A in the form of beta carotene, as per this the conversion rate from beta carotene to retinol is 8:1, in a similar manner the current dosage will be equivalent to 300 mcg of retinol which is in line with FSSAI RDA guidelines which is of 1000 mcg. Also, the Upper limit for Vitamin A is 3000mcg and this product provides the daily value which is under this. Hence, this product is safe to consume and you can rest assured that it has no side effects as the daily dosage does not exceed the RDA.

1) Is EPA sourced from Algal Oil extract just like DHA ? Yes
2) There are no preservatives so will the oil go rancid / oxidized soon ? No, the product will not oxidize/rancid provided storage conditions as mentioned on label are followed
3) Is Vitamin E from Non GMO Sunflower Oil used as a natural preservative here ? Vitamin E from non-gmo sunflower oil is the plant vitamin focused to provide immunity & fight stress
4) Does Algal Oil contain Carrageenan ? No
5) What is the serving size? – 30 capsules per jar
6) What is the source of your Algal oil – Which algae is used ? Can you please tell me the exact source: Schizochytrium sp.
7) Have you used red seaweed ? the species used is marine microalgae
