Healthy Vegan Tip: Adding healthy fats like avocados, nuts, and seeds to your salads, sandwiches and other veggies can significantly enhance the absorption of some nutrients.
3 medium size avocados
1 lime juiced
1 tsp salt or TO YOUR TASTE
¼ cup finely chopped red onion
2 cloves minced garlic cloves
¼ chopped fresh cilantro
Pinch cayenne
Pepper to taste
Cut avocados and remove pit and skin.
Mash until desired consistency.
Add minced garlic, chopped red onion onion, chopped cilantro, salt cayenne and black pepper and lime juice.
Mix to combine.
