Omnivore Versus Vegan: New Study out from Stanford

Omnivore Versus Vegan: New Study out from Stanford
They put identical twins on either a healthier (than the SAD diet) omnivore diet, or a vegan diet, and in 8 weeks, the vegan twins all had lower weight, LDL, blood sugar and other markers indicating that vegan diets quickly improve cardiac and metabolic health compared to diets that say they are healthy but include lean meats and eggs.

Want to get your heart healthy and reverse disease – get all the info you need in my online classes, which FREE right now at GoodbyeLupus.com.
