Hi beautiful people! Welcome to a new video. I recently decided to do a 7 day raw vegan fast and am sharing what I ate during day 1-3. This is my second time doing a raw vegan fast and this time around I am feeling more prepared and satisfied with these meals. I hope you enjoy 🙂

Cashew Cheese Sauce:
1 cup of soaked cashews
2/3 cup of milk
3 tbsps nut yeast
1/3 cup of diced carrots
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/8 tsp turmeric
1 tsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Mushroom & Walnut Meat:
1 cup of walnuts, soaked
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1.5 cups of diced baby Bella mushrooms
3 sun dried tomatoes
1 tbsp of oil from the sun dried tomatoes
2 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbsp hemp seeds
2 tbsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp paprika
1.5 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp nutritional yeast

Ranch Dressing
3/4 cup of soaked cashews
1.5 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chives
1.5 tsp dill
salt + pepper to taste
juice from half of a lemon
enough water to cover the cashews

Green Smoothie
frozen banana
frozen kale
frozen spinach
chia seeds
almond milk
pitted date
