The juice comes out super smooth with minimal waste and very little oxidation, but what really sold me is that it also makes the healthiest nut milk, smoothies, and sorbets!

Blueberry Milk

2 cups of walnuts soaked overnight
1 cup wild blueberries (fresh or frozen)
4 deglet dates (adjust to your taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups fresh water

Add all of your ingredients to the juicer container. Add water. Turn it on and walk away 🙂

Blueberry Protein Bites

1 1/2 cups nut milk pulp
4 medjool dates (or to taste)
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp nut or seed butter
1/4 cup wild blueberries (frozen or fresh)
1/3 cup fresh blueberries
Hemp seeds to roll the balls in

Combine all ingredients except for the blueberries and hemp in a food processor. Add blueberries and mix. Roll into balls. Optionally coat in hemp seeds. Enjoy!
