This is just our family’s preference.

We’re trying to cut costs and extra added ingredients so we’ve been using this protein powder. Instead of buying a $50 jug of powder with extra ingredients and misc items I just use this pea protein and add the healthy food ingredients we like.

Ashwagondha is great for regulating the nervous system. we are dealing with Lyme in our house.

Carob is a great alternative to cocoa with so much more added health benefits.

My kids love this smoothie.

RECIPE:
Frozen banana (peel and freeze and bite sizes)
Fresh/frozen berries
Fresh spinach
Ice for texture
Vanilla soy milk
A pinch of Celtic salt
Honey
Terrasoul scoop carob powder
Terrasoul ashwagondha powder
Terrasoul scoop of pea protein powder.
