What I eat in a week – Vegetarian (week 5 of 75 hard)



Week 5 of 75 hard!!! Wooohooo so freaking proud of myself and grateful for everyone following along!

This week so it’s not too repetitive I decided to focus a bit more on what I eat! I often get my recipe ideas from pinterest and we have been watching a lot of documentaries this summer like Cowspiracy and You Are What You Eat: A Twin Experiment on Netflix! So we have decided to go vegetarian, not vegan yet as we still eat honey and need to do a bit more research on that one so let me know if you have any thoughts on being vegetarian instead of vegan for the benefits of the planet!
