2 Year Transformation – Vegan/Calisthenics



After a few years on a vegan diet, I felt amazing. My running had improved, my skin cleared up and I had more energy than I knew what to do with. But I was thin and I wanted to know if I could build muscle on this whole foods, plant based diet. Not only that, but I wanted to see if I could put on some size using mostly calisthenics inspired workouts.
