Cheap, Lazy, Vegan Van Life Meals

Cheap, lazy, vegan van life meals: we’re back with the food content, y’all – and I’m making one of my favourites that you’ve probably seen on our stories a trillion times.

Basically there’s 3 steps to this recipe:

⁃ Drain & rinse your chickpeas
⁃ Crisp them up on a frying pan with some olive oil

⁃ Use your preexisting Caesar salad dressing or make Loving It Vegan’s 5 minute Caesar salad dressing recipe:Search: Loving It Vegan Caesar salad 5 minutes on Google

⁃ Add it all to a bowl with romaine + red onion

Now eat it as a wrap, on tacos, or just as a salad. Yes, it’s really that easy. I think this recipe takes me about 10 minutes on average.
