Cop tries to give ticket for being in a city park while they're OPEN

Sorry this is portrait and I didn’t get first half, will start recording these from the start as you should too. They will always try to twist your words, along with making up fake laws like how you can’t hang out at a park during the day.

They are always out to get you and any money they can. Was all happily doing it until I started recording and talking to the other park goers about how they shouldn’t be in the park unless they want a ticket for USING the park while they’re OPEN
