Easy Vegan cornbread | Saying goodbye to the LP Kitchen


Hello my beautiful viewers!! Happy Wednesday once again! hope your all having a great week so far! today’s video is a bittersweet GOODBYE to the OG living plantfully kitchen!!! 😫 If you’ve been w/me since day one then you know that this kitchen is where we started! I wanted to go out with a great recipe and so here it is, easy vegan cornbread that is extremely delicious, fluffy, moist and just PERF!! Your gonna love it! I’m going to miss this kitchen LIKE CRAZY! Are you?! lemme know!

1 Flax egg(1 Tbsp ground flax seed + 3 Tbsp water)
1 C non-dairy milk (unsweetened)
2 Tbsp Sunflower oil
3 Tbsp vegan butter (melted)
1 C all-purpose flour
1 1/4 C yellow cornmeal
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 C cane sugar
1/2 tsp salt
*Serve still warm w/vegan butter
