Healthy Eggless Cake Recipe | No Bake | Raw Vegan diet



Looking for a Healthy Birthday Cake Recipe? Here it is. This is a raw, vegan and naturally sweet cake.

Ingredients:

For the Crust:
– Pitted dates
– Almonds (Soaked for atleast 2 hours)
– Oats (Optional)

Layer 1 (Creamy Layer)
– Ripe Bananas
– Cashews (soaked for atlease 2 hours)

Layer 2 (Any fruit of your choice)

I have used Pappaya (was easily available 😉 )

You can make as many layers as you wish to.Also, you can add flavours of your choice For eg. Vanilla, Strawberries etc.

This is naturally creamy and delicious. TRY IT OUT!!!
