Helllo everyone!! Let’s do this challenge. This video is all about how to cleanse and detox your body with a raw vegan diet and it’s also another what i eat in a day. Cleansing and detoxing the body is your body’s way of hitting the reset button. Detoxing can be done by doing a juice cleanse or just by eating raw whole foods such as what I’m showing you today! Now by no means am I perfect when it comes to a raw vegan diet or raw vegan cleanses, this is just what works for me. I don’t do this everyday, just when my body is asking for it. There are a variety of ways to do a raw vegan cleanse such as raw til 4 which is a vegan diet and vegan lifestyle that includes eating raw whole vegan foods until 4 then you carb up.
