This is a simple, quick, and completely customizable recipe for the all-time favorite – strawberry jam! With just four simple ingredients and a short prep time, this strawberry jam can be made ready as the perfect addition to toast, sandwiches, and so on.

Tips:
For a sweeter result, add more sugar. For a thicker result, add more agar-agar powder. Adjust to your liking!

Serving Size: 2 tbsp (yields: 16 total servings or about 2 cups)

Ingredients:
12 oz strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/2 cup white sugar
2 tbsp water
1/2 tsp agar powder

Instructions:
1. Add the strawberries, white sugar and water to a saucepan and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the strawberries become very soft.
2. Mash the strawberries with a fork or an immersion blender until a few chunks remain.
3. Add the agar while stirring constantly and cook for 3 more minutes.
4. Remove the pan from the heat, and pour the jam into a sterilized jar.
5. Allow the jam to cool and enjoy!
