It’s hot. I don’t want to be bothered with tedious cooking. This is what I make on repeat during the summers!! That chili pepper adds the right amount of kick which I love. This salad offers a beautiful blend of textures and flavors and it almost feels like you made a lot of effort for something that’s this delish.
