Vegan Diet – 30 Days Challenge Results & Experience!



I did the 30 day vegan diet challenge after watching countless number of vegan videos. The cruelty towards animals and the health concerns really pushed me towards trying this out myself.
Overall, I am extremely happy, and it is an amazing feeling to eat guilt free! I have also lost weight. My skin and hair looks healthier and shinier. I also explain what is vegan and how to be vegan in this video. I am no expert but I am just trying to share the little knowledge I have here.
We will try to continue a plant based diet consciously as much as possible from here on.
