Apple porridge
(I used Raw Agave instead of honey).
Banana berry smoothie
2 bananas
1 cup frozen mango chunks
1 cup frozen wild blueberries
1 cup strawberries
1 celery stalk
1 date
2 tablespoon soaked chia seeds
1 to 2 cups of water (according to your desired consistency)
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Enjoy!
Kelp – lettuce tacos
Beet – carrot filling
1 + 1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 + 1/2 cup shredded beets
1 garlic clove finely chopped
1 + 1/2 tablespoon raw Agave (or any other natural sweetener)
3 tbsp lemon juice
Add all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until well combined.
Kelp filling
340 g Kelp noodles – I soak them in lemon water (Water + the juice of 1 lemon) for about 30 minutes.
1 + 1/2 avocado, diced
1 cup chopped mushrooms
2 green onions finely chopped
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Pink himalayan (optional)
In a bowl, add the avocado and mash it well. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir until they are well combined.
Enjoy these fillings on a lettuce leave as a taco!! You can also enjoy each fillings separately or together as a salad.
