ℹ️ Serves 4
✅ Gluten-free recipe

🥣 Ingredients:
1 medium-size sweet potato
1 onion
1 bell pepper
14oz | 400g | 1 can chopped tomatoes
12oz | 350ml | 1.5 cup vegetable stock

Season with 1tsp ground turmeric
1tsp ground cumin
1tbsp smoked paprika
salt to taste
1tbsp date syrup or sugar

🥣 Chickpea “dumplings” ingredients:
8oz | 150g | 1 cup chickpea flour
3oz | 75g | 1/2 fine cornmeal
1tsp baking powder
1 or 2 tbsp dairy free butter
5oz | 160ml | 2/3 cup non-dairy milk

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
❗You can substitute date syrup for sugar or any sweetener of your choice.
❗You can store chickpea “dumplings” in your fridge for 2 days.
