3 High Protein Plant Based Meals | What I Eat In a Day

Hey gang! If you’re not sure how to eat enough protein on a plant based diet, this video will help you out. I show three meals I ate across a day that totaled to 132 g of protein. At my weight of 185 lbs (84 kg), if you follow the standard recommendations from sports science to eat 1.6 g protein per kg of bodyweight, then I almost exactly hit that recommendation with ease! So high protein plant based meals are no big deal. You eat whole foods, eat enough calories, maybe use a scoop of protein pwoder (if you want), and you’re good! A lot of you recently asked for “what I eat in a day” style videos, so here you go. This video is literally me just documenting everything I ate this past Sunday.
