5 Ingredient Trader Joe’s Meal (vegan + gluten free + easy)



•1 pack of frozen cauliflower gnocchi
•1 can of chickpeas
•1/2 cup frozen spinach heated up
•1/4 cup vegan pesto
•2 tbsp sun-dried tomato
•Fresh basil leaves, chopped
•lemon juice & sea salt (optional)

1️⃣ Air fry the cauliflower gnocchi at 400 for 15 minutes until golden brown.
2️⃣ Toss all of the ingredients together in a bowl & finish with lemon + salt!
