Tomato (Simmer 4 minutes and soak in water)
Tamari
Sesame oil
Chili oil
Shredded nori
Ginger powder
Quinoa cauliflower rice
Vegan sriracha mayo
Sesame seeds

“Salmon” Nigiri:
Roasted bell pepper

“Tuna” Nigiri:
Coconut oil
Gold beet
Roast 400 degrees for 45 minutes
Ombre beet
Tamari
Sesame oil
Maple syrup
Lemon juice
Wasabi
Sticky rice and quinoa

“Eel” Nigiri:
Rice vinegar
“Eel sauce” (Tamari and organic sugar)
Eggplant
Roast 350 degrees for 35 minutes
