Hello beautiful people and welcome back to a new video! This week I am sharing four delicious and easy plant-based breakfast ideas that are beginner friendly.

Recipes:
❤️ French toast
❤️ Tofu scramble
1/3 block of extra firm tofu
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp black salt (kalanamk)
2 tbsp veggie broth
1/2 cup of cooked veggies
❤️ Breakfast taquitos
4 tortillas
1 cup of crumbled cooked plant-based sausage (season with salt, black pepper, onion and herb blend, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and whichever seasonings you like)
1 cup of tofu scramble (see recipe above)
1/2 cup of cooked veggies
1/3 cup of vegan cheese
Air fry for about 10-12 mins on 380-390 degrees in the airfryer. Serve with salsa and vegan sour cream
❤️ Breakfast bagel
1 everything bagel
Sauteed onions
Seasoned avocado (seasoned with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion flakes)
Pumpkin seeds (cooked on the stove with a little bit of oil for about 5 mins on low heat)
Cherry tomatoes
Arugula
Sriracha
❤️ Fried oyster mushrooms – included in the video at the 12:33 mark
❤️ Grits (these are estimates)
1 cup of instant grits
3 1/2 cups of vegetable broth
1 cup of unsweetened original plant milk
2 tbsp of vegan cream cheese
2 tbsp of vegan butter
2 tbsp of smoked cashew cheese or 1/3 cup of your preferred vegan cheese
Salt and black pepper to taste
