🥣 Ingredients:
7oz | 200g cabbage
4oz | 120g | 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
3 medium size potatoes
1 onion
2tbsp chickpea flour

1tsp curry powder
1/2tsp Korean chilli flakes
Salt to taste

🥣 Sauce ingredients:
4oz | 120g | 1/2 cup cooked chickpeas
1tsp lemon juice
3oz | 80ml | 1/3 cup oil
1tsp Dijon mustard
1tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
salt and black pepper to taste

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs and spices to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
❗You can substitute Sweetheart cabbage (Pointed cabbage) for a regular cabbage.
❗ Korean chilli flakes (gochugaru) alternatives include crushed red pepper flakes or cayenne pepper.
