SAUCE RECIPES:
Sauce 1 – (Cheese Sauce)
Sauce 2:
1/4 c water
Juice from 1/2 lemon
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp tahini
1/3 c PB2 powder (you can use real peanut butter, but the calories and fat will increase substantially).
2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
