⋇ Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats
-3/4 cup gluten-free quick oats
-1 cup liquid (I use half almond creamer half water)
-1 tbsp chia seeds
-1 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tbsp raisins
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-1/4 tsp vanilla extract
-Pinch of salt
-Mix and set in the refrigerator overnight. This will keep for 3 days!
⋇ Turmeric Brown Rice & Quinoa
-3 cups water
-1 cup brown rice
-1/2 cup quinoa
-1 teaspoon turmeric
– Pinch of black pepper
– Cook on brown rice setting in a rice cooker or as you would brown rice on a stove top.
