In this video I am sharing 3 easy vegan meals for weight loss that are plant based and fall in line with The Starch Solution, or a high carb, low fat plant based lifestyle. Remember, to not have to count calories and restrict the healthy foods you love to eat, you want to be adding lots of non-starchy veggies to your meals. This way you’re adding lots of nutritionally dense volume to your foods, and not a lots of calories.

These easy meals for weight loss meals have been filling my stomach and body with nutrition and have helped me lose 40 lbs so far in my journey.
