Hello everyone! In today’s video I take you to Aldi and Whole Foods with me and show you how I plan, shop, and prep all my food for the week on a plant based diet! This is enough food for 2 people for the week and we spent a total of $107. On the menu this week is big salads, Instant pot creamy black bean soup, Instant pot quinoa, cream cheese toast, blueberry green smoothies and tofu noodle stir fry bowl!
