How I Improved My Endometriosis Eating Plant Based | Endometriosis Diet | Starch Solution | WFPB



In this Shorts video, I tell you how I improved my endometriosis on a plant based diet. I used to have horrible period pain and stomach pain. Back in 2020, I went whole food plant based. I had been vegan for 7 years but I was more junk food vegan. I also started The Starch Solution, by Dr. McDougall and incorporated some Medical Medium suggested supplements into my diet. I lost weight and my stomach bloating went down a lot!

I lost over 25 pounds in 2020 on a low fat, gluten free, high carb diet and I show you how I did it on this channel. I make budget friendly low fat meals and share many What I Eat In A Day videos. I hope you will join this journey with me and subscribe for more healthy tips and recipes.
