HOW TO REHEAT
This food will last 5 – 7 days in the Fridge.
You can freeze meals if you like.
Personally I reheat our meals in a fry pan when I am home.
You can place large trays for your family in the oven at 400f/200c for 10 – 15 minutes.
If you are at work or on the road we recommend HOT LOGIC

All meals are approx 400 – 500 Calories.
You can add more or less of any ingredient if you need more or less calories.

INGREDIENTS (what I used)
2lbs Brussel sprouts
2lbs Broccoli
2lbs asparagus
2lbs carrots
3.5lbs sweet potatoes
3 cups brown rice
8 cans of any bean/legumes you like. (Black beans, Kidney beans, Chickpeas)
Olive oil
Salt and Pepper
