Since I was in college at the time and I had to keep my expenses on the low low, I quickly realized that my main staples for a #protein packed meal were going to be beans, quinoa, and oats so your girl Gabrielle got creative! 🙌🏼 These zesty balls are seriously sooooo flavorful and they are perfect as a burger patty as well. Canned Chipotle Peppers or Sun Dried Tomatoes (⅓ Cup)
Red Onion (½ Onion)
Garlic (3-6 Cloves)
Green Onions (1 Cup)
Taco Seasoning (3 Tbs)
Steak Seasoning (2 Tbs)
Nutritional Yeast (½ Cup)
Smoked Paprika (1 Tbs)
Salt and Pepper to Taste
