π¬All the ingredients you will need –
My Curried Cauliflower Dish
1 White Onion, peeled & roughly chopped
4 cloves Garlic, peeled
2 Green Chillis
3 tbs Tomato Puree
1 tsp Ground Turmeric
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Coriander
1 tsp Ground Mace
1 tsp Ground Fenugreek
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbs Olive Oil
2 Cauliflowers outer leaves removed, cut into large florets
3 tbs Flaked Almonds
3 tbs Sultanas or Raisons
Serve with
Drizzle of Coconut Yoghurt
Fresh Coriander
Rice
Rachels Soup
300g/2 cups Pasta
1 Leek, finely chopped
3 cloves Garlic, finely sliced
thumb-sized piece Ginger, finely chopped
1 tbs Olive Oil
2 Bunches Spring/Winter Greens, shredded
1 can Butter Beans
1 litre Vegetable Stock
1 tbs Miso Paste
1 Bay Leaf
Juice Half a Lemon
Handful Fresh Parsley, chopped
1 tsp Dried Chilli Flakes
1 tbs Nutritional Yeast flakes
