Plant Based Diet (7 Month Update)



Over the past 7 months, I’ve been on a whole food plant based diet. I’ve lost 23kgs (50 pounds) with no exercise, just by sticking to the plant based diet. This is my personal experience of the journey I’ve gone through and the food that I’ve been eating. I experienced rapid weight loss in the first 3 to 4 months and am continuing to lose weight bit by bit each week. If you are wondering how to lose weight without exercise then a whole food plant based diet might be for you.
