I don’t eliminate carbs out of my diet, instead I monitor my calories, sugar and ensure that I listen to my body. I ensure that I don’t overeat, emphasis on PORTION CONTROL and MODERATION. Some days I choose to have a shake for breakfast, some days I choose to have a breakfast burrito. It is a JOURNEY! My weight loss success continues, because I am HUMAN. It’s REALISTIC. It’s REAL!
