Hi! 🙂 My name is Dominique and I have been vegan for six years and love creating vegan meals. I am simply a vegan turning plant-based dreams into a delicious reality one recipe at a time. My main goal is to eliminate the stigma surrounding veganism and introduce a vegan lifestyle to more people without judgement. 100% vegan – 100% affordable – 100% made with love.

Every day differs, but when I am not creating content this is what I make for myself. This weekend I made a protein shake, walnut meat lettuce wraps, and Ethiopian style dishes like Misir Wot and Fossolia (Ethiopian-Style Green Beans). Comment your favorite dish from this video! 🙂

Recipes –

Vegan Chocolate Protein Shake ingredients:
2 scoops Orgain chocolate protein powder
1 scoop of greens
2 scoops beet powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
Cinnamon
Agave

Walnut Meat Lettuce Wraps:

Recipe for walnut or pecan meat –

1 cup walnut or pecans (soak over night or boil for 30 mins in veggie broth)
1/2 cup portobello mushrooms
2 cloves garlic

Once the pecans or walnuts soften pulse in a food processor along with the garlic until they resemble a ground beef consistency. Remove the nuts and add the mushrooms to the food processor. Pulse a few times, but do not over pulse or the mushrooms will become gummy.

Combine the nuts and mushrooms together. Season like you would ground beef and enjoy.

I like to lightly season my walnut or pecan meat and then season it based on what I am making. Let me know if you have any questions. 🙂

Marinade for walnut meat:
