Here’s to the ingredients:

RECIPE #1

1 small onion
a teaspoon of agave
1 cup chickpeas
seasoning: smoked paprika, dried herbs, black pepper, seasoned salt
1/3 cup BBQ sauce
2-3 pitas
hummus
lettuce
avocado
sping onion

RECIPE #2

sweetpotatoes 1-3
black beans, about 1 cup
a handful of cherry tomatoes
spring onion
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 Tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp mustard
seasoning: paprika, seasoned salt
a sprinkle of nutritional yeast
hummus
fresh parsley

RECIPE #3

cooked bulgur wheat
arugula
kidney beans
cherry tomatoes
radish
avocado
lemon
soy yogurt, about 1/3 cup
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (or more if needed)
fresh parsley or basil
dill
garlic powder
cumin
sea salt
sesame seeds
