Well say no more just follow the instructions bellow

INGREDIENTS
Spelt pasta
avocado
one bell pepper
mushrooms
chickpeas

1st boil the pasta for 10 mins
chop the mushrooms, and bell peppers
cook the mushrooms and peppers in olive oil or grapeseed oil
add the spices, chickpeas ( soaked overnight or microwave to soften )
add the pasta bit of sea salt
AND YOUR READ TO GO!
