What I Eat While On Raw Week | Easy Raw Vegan Meals



Hey Fam,
In this video, I will be giving you a glimpse of what I eat while on a Raw Diet for a week. After completing a Raw Fast last summer, I wanted to continue incorporating more fruits and vegetables in their most natural form into my diet. By prioritizing this way of eating, I plan on giving my body a chance to eat more electric foods, naturally hydrate and flesh my system, and create a good environment for my body to want to rebuild itself. I’m also very excited to share some of my recipes so that if you decide to give this a try you have some meal ideas for yourself. I personally will be doing a High-Raw diet once a month for the year so be on the lookout for more vlogs like this. Let me know what things you would like to see in these videos or recipes I could try in the upcoming weeks. Thank you guys so much for watching.

**Disclaimer: I am not vegan or raw vegan. I love to include plant-based meals into my diet because I feel most people don’t comsume enough fruits and vegetables and over-consume LOW QUALITY Meats. I believe in a BALANCE Diet and viewing food from a Hunter-Gather POV.
