Saturday smoothie recipe-
1 banana
1 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
Any plant-based milk or even regular milk is fine. Add it depending on your preference of the consistency of the smoothie.
Tip- add in a small piece of ginger to your smoothie to liven up the taste. Thank me later 😉

Sunday morning smoothie recipe-
1 deseeded date
1 banana
A handful of spinach
Any plant-based milk or even regular milk is fine. Add it depending on your preference of the consistency of the smoothie.
