2 Healthy Smoothie Recipes



Back with another banger FITFAM! Today I bring to you a “HOW TO” video on making meal replacement smoothies or if you are just wanting a healthy smoothie to sip on.

Ingredients As Follows:
Strawberry/Banana Smoothie
Frozen strawberries 1 cup if it’s room half a cup if not.
Frozen bananas, can cut and freeze your own. 1 cup if it’s room half a cup if not.
Dairy free strawberry yogurt
Protein of your choice, or not
oats
Almond milk 1 cup

Mixed fruit smoothie:
one pack of mixed fruit or select which kinds you like
oats
dairy free peach mango yogurt, or whichever you would like based on the fruits you use
1 cup almond milk
can add a few frozen bananas
