✅My Go-To Smoothie
1 cup frozen mango
1 Banana
1 tsp (or a big slice) ginger
Large handful spinach
1.5 tbsp hemp seeds
Water 125ml
Top with hemp seeds

✅Blueberry Coconut Smoothie
1 cup frozen blueberries
½ cup frozen pineapple
¼ cup coconut flakes
1 banana
125ml water
Top with coconut

✅Chocolate Smoothie
1 frozen banana
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp raw cacao
Top with crushed nuts

Its best to use a high powered blender like this
