5 DAYS OF VEGAN SMOOTHIES! Top 5 protein shake recipes/ tips and hacks for the best smoothies!



Hey guys!

Since I have been described as Smoothie Queen, I thought I should make a video to live up to my name! From Monday to Friday I made a smoothie a day and recorded it for your viewing pleasure!

Monday: Cherry Pie: 150ml almond milk, splash water, 1/2 frozen banana, 10 frozen cherries, tiny dash of vanilla, tiny dash of maple syrup, the protein works vegan protein powder (1 scoop).

Tuesday: Snickers: 150ml almond milk, splash water, 3/4 frozen banana, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp. PB powder, vegan protein powder (1 scoop).

Wednesday: Blueberry Muffin: 150 ml almond milk, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, big handful blueberries, dash maple syrup, vegan protein powder (1 scoop).

Thursday: Cherry Choc: 100ml almond milk, 50ml oat milk, splash water, 1/2 frozen banana, 10 frozen cherries, 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder, tiny dash maple syrup, tiny dash of vanilla, vegan protein powder (1 scoop).

Friday: Cheeky Oreo Milkshake: 150ml soy milk, 1/4 frozen banana, 3 Oreos, 1/2 scoop vegan protein, 2 scoops of vegan ice cream, 1/4 frozen banana.
