PURPLE POWER SMOOTHIE
* 1 cup oat milk
* 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
* 1 heaping cup frozen blueberries
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
* 1 tbsp nut butter (optional)

BANANA BREAD BAKED OATS
* 1/2 banana, mashed
* 1/3 cup quick oats
* 1/4 tsp baking powder
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* Dash of salt
* 1/2 tsp vanilla powder
* Add ins of choice (I used pecans, walnuts, pumpkin seeds and shredded coconut)
* Toppings of choice (I used blueberries, banana and “protein cream”)

CHOCOLATE BANANA PROTEIN SMOOTHIE
* 1 cup milk of choice
* 1 banana
* 2 tbsp cocoa powder
* 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
* 1 tbsp nut butter
* 2 handfuls spinach
* Ice
COCONUT BANANA CREAM PIE YOGURT BOWL
* 3/4 cup yogurt of choice
* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/4 cup milk of choice (to thin)
* 1 banana, sliced
* 1 tbsp shredded coconut
* 2 tbsp oats
* 2 tbsp coconut cream

OATMEAL PANCAKES
* 1/2 cup oats
* 1/2 banana
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/2 tsp baking powder
* 1/4 cup oat milk
* Toppings of choice (I used protein ‘cream”, banana, granola, blueberries and vegan hunny”

PROTEIN CHOCOLATE COVERED BANANAS
* 1 banana, sliced in half
* 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
* 1/2 cup chocolate milk of choice
* 2 tbsp cocoa powder
* Toppings of choice (I used peanuts, walnuts and almonds)

TROPICAL OVERNIGHT OATS
* 1/4 cup coconut milk
* 1 banana
* Dash of salt
* 1/2 cup oats
* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
* 1/4 cup oat milk
* Mango and shredded for topping

OATMEAL POWER OVERNIGHT OATS
* 1 banana
* Heaping 1/3 cup oats
* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp vanilla
* 3/4 cup oat milk
* Dash of salt
* Toppings: almonds, pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, shredded coconut, cinnamon

BERRY BANANA OVERNIGHT OATS
* 1/2 cup oats
* 1 cup oat milk
* 1 banana
* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
* 1 tsp cinnamon
* Toppings: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and granola
