How to Make Juice in a Blender
Today we’re making a Beetroot Juice using a blender. This is a great tutorial if you want to make vegetable juice at home without a juicer. You will need a high-speed blender and a nut milk bag.
The ingredients in this vegan and paleo juice recipe support the body’s natural detoxification system. Juicing is a great way to increase your intake of antioxidants, without having to digest all the fiber from whole vegetables.
