Black sesame banana milk recipe – refreshing drink #drinks



[Recipe] According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), black coloured food is thought to be very beneficial for health. Black sesame seed is believed to lubricate both the skin on the outside and the intestines inside, relieving constipation and improving a person’s complexion and hair (especially in the area of premature hair graying).

The recipe today combines black sesame with a few other nutrient rich foods for a wholesome and delicious beverage. It makes a great post-workout drink or as a meal replacement. Check it out –

Ingredients (1 pax)
20g Cooked Black Sesame Seeds
2 Small Banana
20g Instant Oat
250ml Hot Milk

Combine all ingredients in a power / high-speed blender. Use the “Juice” function, which should take around 2 minutes to process all the ingredients.
