Daily juices fruits smoothies

Our daily fruits smoothies juices looks like this. Younger one is mostly on smoothies for breakfast while her sister on solids. I add greens dates and some more fruits to the smoothie. She had a lot of crowding since her childhood and now braces with all the extra fittings does not allow her to chew a lot. Even salads sometimes becomes a challenge. Hence the peeling of cucumber these days .

We all have juices daily and have fruits for breakfast for the last few yrs. They carry the same fruit varieties for snacks also.

I don’t mono meal my bf. I like variety. When the body needs rest, I switch to mono or juice or water fast.

I choose either watermelon ashgourd cucumber to bring volume to the juices. If I have a lot of pineapples then I make that separate for the kids as they like it. But pretty much whatever produce has abundant liquids is what I prefer in the juice and on top of that grapes apple beets carrots are added. I always add greens. Most of the daily juices is standard and I also encourage clients to become creative in their own juicing. Dependency on recipes is a crutch sometimes especially when it comes to daily food. One must understand the fundamentals and then just go ahead without any fear of making mistakes. There is no right or wrong approach in this natural way of living. Everyone is right as per their beliefs and experiences.
