A plant-based diet probably requires the least amount of supplements because fresh vegetables are some of the most nutrient-rich foods on the planet. So as long as you’re eating predominantly Whole Foods and getting enough sun all you really need is some B12, and if you’re worried about omega’s add some chia seeds to your smoothies;)🍹
