In the next of Dave Sheahan’s Go Vegan Grow Vlogs he reveals where do vegans get their calcium. One of the biggest arguments in the vegan vs meat eater debate is where do vegans get their calcium.

When one no longer eats calcium rich foods from animal based sources they need to replace with calcium rich vegetables but what are they? The good news as Dave Sheahan reveals in this VLog is that there are many sources. Green leafy vegetable such as kale, spinach and broccoli are great sources of calcium and the best in general whether vegan or not contrary to the recommenders of dairy products.

When one moves to a plant based nutrition it is crucial to ensure that one consumes a nutritionally balanced food plan. So make sure to consume lots of calcium rich vegetables to ensure this.

Dave Sheahan also in this video gives tip that consuming 2 to 3 green smoothies per day is a great way where do vegans get their calcium. You need calcium for your bones so make sure to consume these foods.
